What is not included
– your own domain name purchase at Spaceship (see below). You have to buy it separately, as it will be your unique ID into Thunderbolt app.
After subscription payment, download the Thunderbolt by Spaceship app
and follow their instructions by buying a domain name at Spaceship (cheapest starts at less than 2€/year).
For your privacy, when creating your Spaceship account, it is recommended to :
– use a separated and new single-use Gmail address
– use other contact informations than your official ones
– choose a domain name that you won’t use for professional or official reasons, (except if you want it, then use some official company / organization contact informations)
– set your 2FA authentication to protect your account access even more.
You can choose among hundreds domain names from most used ones (.com, .net, .org,…) to other alternative (ie : .uk., .online, .ong, .us, .africa, .win, .vip, .click, .in, .work, etc…). You’ll also have to enter a TXT record with the code provided by the app to prove your domain name ownership. You’ll use your domain name as a login (no mobile number nor email are requested to use the encrypted messaging app Thunderbolt).
Then after your secured account is created in the Thunderbolt app, connect with us by searching for our domain name « matriarxxi.com ».
If you already have a domain name registered at another registrar, you can transfer it to Spaceship or to Namecheap (both are the same company), then you can link it to any Spaceship web hosting packages to use your domain name as a Thunderbolt app identifier. For DNSSEC, do add Spaceship DNS and web server Delegation of Signing credentials into your registrar DNS parameters. Do this only if you’re more experienced in domain names / web hosting administration.
